Frequently asked questions

How do auctions work?

Enter the most you are willing to pay: the site bids for you, step by step, only when needed. A bid in the last 2 minutes extends the auction so everyone can respond.

Is a bid binding?

Yes. The winner buys the card at the final price: they pay for it from the order within 48 hours. An unpaid auction can restrict the account.

What is a second chance?

If the winner does not pay, the seller can offer the card to the runner-up at their maximum bid. They have 48 hours to accept or decline.

Is my purchase protected?

Yes. You pay online by Stripe; the seller receives the money and ships. Card not received or not as described: report it from the order, no later than 10 days after shipping. Without an agreement with the seller, the BDPokéCards team decides and can refund you.
