Return Policy
1. Acceptance of returns
BDPokéCards accepts returns only in case of a clear error in the order (e.g. product not matching the description). The customer must provide clear proof (photo, video or other) of the issue.
2. Timeframe to report an issue
The customer has 7 calendar days from receipt of the parcel to report an issue to the following address: commandes@bd-pokecards.ch.
3. Return conditions
The card must be returned in its original condition and packaging (sleeve, toploader, etc.). Any damaged, incomplete or deliberately altered return will be refused.
4. Return and cancellation fees
Return shipping costs are borne solely by the customer. If a cancellation is approved, processing fees of up to 20% of the order total may apply depending on the case.
5. Return procedure
The customer must send a request to commandes@bd-pokecards.ch with relevant proof. If accepted, the return is made via postal shipment at their expense without a return label provided by the seller.
6. Grounds for refusal
Returns are systematically refused in the event of a simple change of mind, damage after receipt not reported in time, or wear due to customer handling.
7. Shipments without tracking
If the "Standard letter" (no tracking) shipping option is selected, no return or refund will be accepted under any circumstance. The customer assumes full responsibility in case of loss, theft or non-receipt.
