Payment and Shipping

1. Payment methods

All payments are secured and processed exclusively via Stripe. Accepted methods include:

• Credit and debit cards: VISA, Mastercard, American Express
• TWINT
• Apple Pay and Google Pay
• Klarna (invoice payable within 30 days)

2. Shipping fees

Shipping costs are calculated based on the number of cards ordered and the total basket amount:

Orders ≤ 10 cards

• Standard letter: 2.00 CHF
• Tracked letter: 5.00 CHF
• Customer chooses the option during checkout.

Orders > 10 cards

• PostPac Economy: 8.00 CHF (parcel shipment)

Free shipping

Shipping is free for any order whose total amount (excluding shipping) reaches or exceeds 90.00 CHF.

3. Packaging

All cards are delivered in a protective sleeve. Cards worth over CHF 2.00 are also placed in a toploader. Shipments are always made in padded envelopes for optimal protection.

If you have suggestions to improve packaging, feel free to let us know!

4. Delivery times

• Standard and tracked letter: 1 to 3 working days
• PostPac Economy: 2 to 5 working days

Times are provided as an indication and may vary depending on Swiss Post conditions.

🏖️ In case of holidays or extended absence, orders will be processed upon our return. If so, a message will be displayed on the shop.

5. Delivery tracking

Tracking is available only for tracked letters or PostPac Economy parcels. Standard letters have no tracking.

6. Service areas

Delivery is currently available only in Switzerland. We are working on opening shipments to other European countries.
