Terms and Conditions
1. Scope
These general terms of sale apply to all transactions between BDPokéCards, hereinafter "the Seller", and any person making a purchase via the site bd-pokecards.ch, hereinafter "the Customer".
2. Orders
The Customer places an order via the website. Any order constitutes a firm purchase offer for the selected products. The Seller reserves the right to refuse any order in case of error, unavailability or violation of these conditions.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are listed in Swiss francs (CHF) and are not subject to VAT as the Seller is not liable (annual turnover < CHF 100,000). Payment is made using the methods accepted on the site and must be completed before shipment.
4. Delivery
Products are shipped via Swiss Post. Delivery times are indicative (1 to 3 working days). The Seller cannot be held responsible for delays due to the carrier or external circumstances.
5. Returns and refunds
All information regarding returns and refunds is specified on the page Return Policy.
6. Warranty
All cards are checked and protected. The Customer is invited to report any problem within 7 days after receipt.
7. Liability
The Seller declines any liability for indirect or consequential damages related to the use or temporary unavailability of the site or errors in product descriptions.
8. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These conditions are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is set at the Seller's domicile in Switzerland.
9. Data protection
Personal information is treated confidentially. A detailed privacy policy is available.
10. Modifications
The Seller reserves the right to modify these T&C at any time. The new conditions will apply upon publication on the site.
By placing an order, the Customer acknowledges having read, understood and accepted these general terms of sale.
